San Antonio Pacamara

Hailing from Chalatenango, the “valley of water and sand” in the northwestern part of El Salvador is Finca San Antonio. This small farm is run by a woman named Martha Yaneth Lemus who grows multiple varieties of coffee with great success in this unique climate. The microlot we are serving is a honey processed pacamara.

This coffee balances a rich and complex sweetness of developed sugars and fruit flavors with a pleasant tartness and nuttiness.
